Flight operations manager

We require:

• Previous at least 2 year experience as a customer service manager or similar IS A MUST
• Ability to lead, inspire and coach a team
• Good knowledge of aviation
• A people person with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to professionally represent the company
• Language skills – Czech or Slovak (native speaker level), advanced English, communicative Ru ssian
• Good computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure and stress
• Attentiveness to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
