Providing current and prospective clients with information about our superior ground support services.

Representation at EBACE 2009

From 12-14 May, Euro Jet will be attending the 2009 EBACE exhibition at the state-of-the-art Geneva PALEXPO. Senior management and operations staff will be on hand at Booth #983 to explain why Euro Jet is, as the exhibition theme states, the ‘right tool for challenging times.’

A history of excellence

Started in 2000, Euro Jet now has nearly a decade of experience in arranging first-rate ground support services for private and business aviation. Euro Jet can arrange all aspects of ground operations, including landing and overflight permits, fueling and de-icing, crew and passenger visas, ground transportation, hotel arrangements, and carefully selected catering. Our company serves destinations all across the world, and we have the leading network in Central and Eastern Europe.

Because of our reputation for confidentiality, fast response and flexibility, we have been honored to serve heads of state and royalty worldwide. As a preferred service provider, we also serve many of the world’s militaries.

Around-the-clock service

Headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, Euro Jet’s operations center is staffed with multilingual employees available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to accept and quickly confirm requests. Euro Jet has a particularly extensive network in Central and Eastern Europe, including the Balkans, Russia, and Baltic and other ex-Soviet states. At nearly 100 locations in this region, Euro Jet has employees on the ground to coordinate services and ensure quality control. These representatives are local citizens who speak English as well as the local language to help communication between the flight crew and service providers.

Highest-quality crew lounges

While accustomed to providing the passengers of private and business jets with the highest level of service, Euro Jet is also improving the experience for the flight crew. Our crew lounges are just one example of this.
These crew lounges provide comfortable locations at the airport during short layovers. Sofas, flat-screen TVs, DVD players, computers and printers are provided free of charge for crew members while in Prague, Budapest, Bucharest, Zagreb, and Bratislava. More lounges are also being planned at other locations.

Premium service at no extra cost

Euro Jet provides clients with many ways to save money, without compromising our premium service. Our commercial department is continuously looking to renegotiate fees with airports, with all discounts passed on to clients. Agreements with hotels can offer significant savings, and our large client base and high monthly volumes allow us to provide discounts on fuel.

A question of trust

Despite economic turbulence in the aviation industry, Euro Jet is committed to providing credit for its clients at all destinations served. Our clients put their trust in us that all details will be handled with the highest level of service. We like to reciprocate that trust by allowing them to settle all bills after the flight. It is just on more way to ensure every flight goes as smoothly as possible for our clients.
Looking towards the future, Euro Jet is looking to leverage its strong financial background and smart cost management to continuously improve its level of service and to expand into territories where private aviation is still in its infancy.
