Euro Jet, one of the world’s leading providers of flight support services for private aircraft operations is currently looking to fill position of ‘Airport Concierge’ for our handling department based in Prague Airport.

Responsibilities

• To meet and greet Company’s clients aircraft, crew and passengers on arrival and departure
• To coordinate catering, airport services, aircraft handling, transportation, fuel and other services requested to be available when needed
• Maintain company’s image - wearing our uniform
• Helping with day to day administrative issues
• Prepare the grounds for meetings and making arrangements
• Ensure the time management and running office agenda
• Communicate with different departments locally and internationally

Requirements

• High School Degree
• Representative, communicative and flexible
• 2 years of airport operations preferred
• Previous Airline, Aviation or Travel Industry experience preferred
• 4 years total of customer service experience
• Excellent knowledge of working on a PC
• Excellent Czech and English written and spoken, another language is a plus
