Business Development Executive

Euro Jet, one of the world’s leading providers of flight support services for private aircraft, is currently looking to fill position of ‘Business Development Executive’ in our Vendor Relations Team based in Prague, Czech Republic.

As a Business Development Executive at Euro Jet you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly environment with wide and interesting scope of responsibilities. Our Vendor Relations Team is completing market research, analysis, pricing strategy and implementing vendor relationships. As a part of the Team you will be responsible for related projects and building the company’s business by close cooperation with sales and pricing department, seeking out new opportunities where the company can grow.


  • Completing market research, analysis, pricing strategy and competitive analysis of the desired region
  • Contracting new vendors for aircraft services, negotiating the terms and pricing, controlling of the contract fulfillment, and preparing analysis in line with the strategy of the Company
  • Implementing vendor relationships to the operation and administration processes
  • Managing existing relationships, solving day-to-day issues, supporting current operations and OPS department
  • Creating sales and traffic reports and forecasts
  • Participating in tradeshows and seeking out opportunities where the Company can prosper by participating in shows, conferences, and forums abroad
  • Gathering data to support the management level decision making
  • Working closely on the pricing strategy and acquiring an advisory role based on research
  • Keeping the Company’s vendors database up to date with valid contacts
  • Liaising with and advising colleagues in the area of his/her responsibility
  • Fulfilling other assignments received from the Head of Vendor Relations

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Fluent English in written in spoken
  • Any other language an advantage
  • Experience in the negotiation and pricing problematics
  • Experience in aviation an advantage
  • Proficiency in working with MS Word, advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Flexible with proactive approach
  • Commercial thinking, attention to detail
  • Friendly personality, presentable
  • Team worker with very good organizational and communication skills
  • Willing to travel
