Euro Jet, world’s leading provider of flight support services for private aircraft is currently looking to fulfill a position of “Ground Handling Coordinator – Technical Support” at Prague Airport, Czech Republic. Our Prague Airport team is young and very dynamic, you will have an opportunity to work in a nice friendly environment with a large scope of responsibilities. This position is suitable for candidates with previous aviation experience only.

Responsibilities

• To meet and greet Company’s client’s aircraft, crew and passengers on arrival and departure
• To coordinate catering, airport services, aircraft handling, transportation, fuel, and other services requested by client
• Provide safe towing for client’s aircraft in and out the of the hangar and around the airport by electric aircraft tug (Lektro)
• Provide aircraft potable water servicing, aircraft lavatory servicing, GPU 115/28V and other technical services requested by the client
• Take diligent care of Euro Jet ground support equipment (Lektro, GPU, Ramp Vehicles.)
• maintain Euro Jet’s brand image and take care of facilities including the hangar
• Obey all safety and security regulations enforced by airport authority as well as all internal directives issued by company

Requirements

• Aviation background minimum 2 years
• Computer skills on daily user level (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• English language (written, spoken, listening skills); other language is advantage
• Excellent communication skills oral and written, presentation and organizational skills
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Customer service-oriented attitude, handling inquiries with a smile
• Patient, reliable and responsible, attention to details
• Able to work night shifts – time flexibility
• Driving license B, C
• Clean criminal record
