We are seeking a skilled IT Technician with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues related to Microsoft software and systems. 

This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, and other Microsoft technologies. The IT Technician will also be involved in the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for Microsoft software applications, operating systems, and related hardware.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
  
• Administer and manage Active Directory, including user and group management, security policies, and permissions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and other Microsoft server applications.
  
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates for Microsoft software and systems.
  
• Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning to optimize Microsoft-based infrastructure.
  
• Collaborate with IT team members to design and implement Microsoft-based solutions to meet business needs.
  
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for Microsoft systems and applications.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and best practices.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server).
  
• Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
  
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration, including user and group management, Group Policy, and LDAP.
  
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V or VMware.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
