Elevating Your Arrival at the Three Seas Summit in Warsaw
This April 28-29, 2025, the Polish capital of Warsaw will host the Three Seas Summit and Business Forum bringing together 13 countries of the European Union located between the Baltic, Black, and Adriatic seas. Euro Jet’s local team in Poland is pleased to offer ground support at Warsaw Chopin Airport for flights coming to this important event.
The tenth Anniversary Summit will celebrate a decade of strong regional cooperation and set the course for future development. Over 20 high-level delegations together with representatives of the member states’ business communities are expected to attend and discuss opportunities for enhancing infrastructure and connectivity throughout the eastern part of the EU.
Euro Jet’s Ground Service Coordinator in Warsaw, Adrian Wilczek, will be ready to provide our customers with a wide range of flight support services. This includes everything from ground handling and fuel, through flight planning and all required permits, catering, crew transportation, and accommodation.
At Warsaw Chopin Airport (EPWA/WAW), our customers are welcome to use Euro Jet’s complimentary VIP crew lounge, which comes with a fully equipped workstation and comfortable couches.
Euro Jet can also assist you at two other airports in proximity to the capital. Warsaw Modlin Airport (EPMO/WMI) at only 30 kilometers from the city serves as the best alternate if repositioning becomes necessary. Radom Airport (EPRA/RDO) is located approximately an hour-and-a-half drive from Warsaw.
