EURO JET HOSTS GLOBAL NETWORK FORUM
Earlier this year, Euro Jet held a Global Network Forum where it hosted 85 staff and handling supervisors from around Europe and Asia.
Recognizing the fast expansion of the company into more and more geographic regions this event was designed to improve upon customer service related skills, provide continuing education to station representatives, and ultimately have everyone complete the seminar better prepared to provide clients with the highest level of service.
The forum included a customer service training from industry veterans Ron Jackson and John Enticknap of the Aviation Business Strategies group.
