Euro Jet’s Tirana Team to Support Flights for the EPC Summit
On May 16, 2025, heads of state and government leaders from across Europe will gather in Tirana, Albania, for the European Political Community (EPC) Summit. Euro Jet’s team at Tirana Airport is prepared to provide expert ground support for flights related to this significant event.
The EPC emerged in 2022 in response to growing geopolitical instability, particularly following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The sixth meeting of the Community aims to promote political and economic coordination on the continent, with a core focus on enhancing cooperation in security, economic stability, and democratic governance. Representatives from 47 European countries are expected to attend the upcoming Summit.
Led by Country Manager Behare Hallaqi, Euro Jet’s team in Albania has extensive experience supporting flights for high-profile events and heads of state visits. During this Summit, Tirana Airport anticipates high traffic due to the substantial number of arriving participants and delegations. All operators are therefore advised to apply for parking as early as possible as availability will be limited. We also strongly recommend arranging accommodation for your crew near the airport since most of the main roads in the city will be closed.
We kindly ask our customers to place their catering orders at least 24 hours in advance and note that it will not be possible to accept any last-minute changes. Submitting your requests by email in advance and avoiding ordering upon arrival will help us to ensure we can provide your catering requests.
