PART-TCO APPLICATIONS DUE BY 25 NOVEMBER 2014
Euro Jet would like to make a very important announcement for all operators that have an AOC that is not European Union (EU) based.
On May 26, 2014, the European Parliament and the European Council issued a new regulation (EU 452/2014) that requires all non-EU based operators also known as a third country operator (TCO) to submit an application for approval to perform future flights to Europe. This regulation only applies to any scheduled commercial and charter flights. However, if an aircraft that only performs private flights is registered with a company that has an AOC, then they will need to also submit an application.
All applications can be submitted online (see below link). The deadline to submit the application is November 25, 2014. EASA may take up to 30 days to review applications.

Failure to submit this application may result in being denied your aircraft entry into the EU.
