The 17+1 Ministerial Conference will bring together representatives of China and 17 Eastern European countries in order to discuss opportunities, challenges and the future of innovation.The IPU event will be held on the 130th anniversary of the biggest international parliamentary organisation and is expected to bring over 100 parliamentary delegations from around the world.
