Last year the event cancelled because of COVID-19; however, this year the Forum is again prepared to welcome its participants in strict accordance with health and safety measures.
In 2019, the Economic Forum was attended by more than 19,000 people from 145 countries. It represents a unique event in the world of business and economics, while it is held under the auspices of the President of the Russian Federation, who also attends the event each year.
When arranging a flight to St. Petersburg, please take into consideration that the arriving passengers and crew need to have valid passports and Russian visas. The Russian e-visas are not accepted and it is also not possible to arrange a visa upon arrival.
